What Style?

We offer our screen porches in two different styles: Shingled (above) and Metal roof (below).

With a shingled roof, we match your home's style, trim and color for a seamless addition.

With a metal roof, we use Hoover grade corrugated metal with a 30 year life span. This is the same stuff they use for house roofing. And it comes in fun colors too!

Which is best for me?

That depends on several things:

  • Budget - Screen porch varying in in total cost because of their customizability. A lean-to, wood framed metal roof screen porch is considered the most affordable option, while a shingled, aluminum frame gable roof is more costly.

  • Desired use - The design and size of you screened in porch should be tailored to how much time you are going to be spending in it.

  • Style - How do you want it to look?

  • HOA requirements - Does your HOA dictate a certain roof or framing style?

All of these factor play an important role in tailoring your screened in porch to fit your wants and needs.

Wood frame or Aluminum frame?

Choose your framing style to match your homes aesthetic.

An aluminum system (below) adds a sleek modern feel to your enclosure and doesn't require the need for staining or sealing to look great and be long lasting.

A wood framed screen systems (2nd below) adds an earthy feel to the space and gives you the option of choosing your own stain or paint color. A wood framed system offers more customization of doors and chair railing.
